Food In Fashion: 1st Place❤️🍕
Food in Fashion is a Charity event where all the proceeds go to benefit career development programs in the restaurant and hospitality industries in Texas. Each year designers are paired with a restaurant, and we are required to design a garment with anything that we want from the restaurant we are representing. This is our second year in a row participating and Winning First Place! This year our team ( all students from El Centro College) Keven Hernandez, Angel Gonzales, Lauren Fallis, Gerard G, and Myself , we were paired with Greenville Avenue Pizza Company!!!. Anyone who knows me knows, PIZZA is my life! So I was extremely excited to see what we could make. The first Day we met at the Resturant we were introduced to the owners who showed us the most representative elements from their restaurant and we were able to try their pizzas (which are Delicious!!), brainstorm and sketch out our ideas.
